Bay And Watershed Restoration Project

Over the past five years Rhode Island experienced almost 1,000 beach closing days and several major fish kills. A key component to protecting our coastal waters is to secure adequate funding for sewage treatment plant upgrades and habitat restoration projects.

Please contact your State Legislator and ask them to make sure the $25 million Narragansett Bay and Watershed Restoration Bond is included in this year’s budget.
